What are Ferro grips for?
High-rep bar work. Pull-ups, chin-ups, toes-to-bar, muscle-ups, hanging leg raises — anything where your hands rotate on the bar under load. That rotation is what tears calluses, and that's what these prevent.
Are they stiff at first?
Yes. Kevlar-reinforced material is firm out of the box and softens over the first few sessions. That initial stiffness is the durability — a grip that's soft on day one wears through faster.
Do I still need chalk?
No. The surface grips dry or sweaty. Use chalk if you prefer, it won't hurt anything.
Will these stop calluses completely?
No, and don't trust anyone who says otherwise. They stop the friction that turns a callus into a tear. You'll still build calluses — you just won't rip them off mid-set.
Are they good for deadlifts or heavy pressing?
Not really. Grips protect your palms during high-rep hanging work. If your grip strength is the limiting factor on a deadlift, lifting straps are the right tool. If you want wrist support for pressing, that's wrist wraps.
Can I use them for calisthenics on outdoor bars?
Yes. Rough, rusted or wet park bars are harder on hands than gym rigs, which is exactly where full palm coverage helps most.
How do I clean them?
Rinse in cold water and air dry. No machine wash, no dryer, no direct sunlight.
Sizing
How do I measure?
Measure across your palm at the widest point, just below the knuckles.
- Small — 8 to 9cm
- Medium — 9 to 10cm
- Large — 10 to 11cm
- X-Large — 11 to 12.5cm
I'm between two sizes.
Go up. These run slightly small, and a marginally loose grip still works — a tight one doesn't.

How long does delivery take?
7 to 12 business days, free anywhere in Australia.
Why not faster?
We ship direct from our manufacturer rather than holding local stock. That's why these are $69 instead of $90. If you need grips this week, buy local — we'd rather tell you up front.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not yet.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
My order hasn't arrived.
Email us with your order number and we'll chase it. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you.
Returns
What if the size is wrong?
Send them back unworn within 30 days and we'll swap the size. You cover return postage, we cover sending the replacement.
What if I've already used them?
Worn grips can't be resold, so we can't accept those for a size exchange — same as every seller in this category.
What if they're faulty?
Email us. Faulty goods are refunded or replaced, and that applies regardless of how long you've had them, within reason.
