Free shipping on all orders within Australia.

DELIVERY TIME

10 to 18 business days. Most orders arrive well inside that window.

We ship direct from our manufacturer rather than holding local stock. That keeps our prices lower than brands holding Australian inventory. The trade-off is a longer wait.

PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number once your order ships.

Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to begin updating after dispatch. This is normal.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email support@ferrogear.com.au with your order number. We'll replace it or refund you.
