Most orders arrive closer to 7–9 days, but we quote 12 so we're not promising something we can't control.
WHY IT TAKES THAT LONG
We ship direct from our manufacturer rather than holding stock in a local warehouse. That keeps our costs down, which is why Ferro grips are $69 instead of the $90+ you'll pay for the same thing from a brand holding local inventory.
The trade-off is honest: you wait longer, you pay less. If you need grips this week, buy from a local retailer. We'd rather tell you that now than have you wondering where your parcel is.
TRACKING
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number when it ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating after dispatch — that's normal and doesn't mean anything's wrong.
LOST PARCELS
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at support@ferrogear.com.au with your order number. We'll either replace it or refund you.
