THE HOLES ARE THE PROBLEM

Most grips come with two or three finger holes. They arrive too small, so you cut them wider to fit. That's normal — every 2-hole grip owner does it.

Two things happen next. The cut edge becomes the weak point, and that's where the grip tears first. And most sellers won't accept a return once you've enlarged the holes — which means the moment you fit them properly, you've given up your refund.

SIZING

Measure across your palm at the widest point, just below the knuckles.

Small — 8 to 9cm
Medium — 9 to 10cm
Large — 10 to 11cm
X-Large — 11 to 12.5cm

On the border between two sizes? Go up. These run slightly small, and a marginally loose grip still works — a tight one doesn't.
